CP on DVD – Stunting for Life
When it comes to freestyle riding, Chris Pfeiffer is in a league of his own. A constant travelling companion for Chris during the past four years has been Bernd Hupfauf, an Austrian TV and video producer who has been documenting Chris's every move for a new DVD – Stunting for Life – which gives an unique insight into the adrenalin-charged world of Chris Pfeiffer.

Smets knocked out of the Knock Out
Despite his best efforts, Joel Smets was forced to retire from the Red Bull Knock Out beach race at the Dutch seaside resort of Scheveningen last weekend. The legendary racer made it to the final on a BMW G 450 X but after two-and-a-half hours of intense competition, a problem with his battery meant that the former five-times world motocross champion had to sit out the final laps of his first beach race.

Team USA secured an overall victory
Competition in the BMW GS Trophy in Tunisia/North Africa, held for the first time from October 15th – 25th has been completed. Five nations participated in the desert rally over a distance of 1900 kilometers where all entrants rode identical and specially prepared BMW F 800 GSs.

Another victory for the BMW G 450 X
As the 2008 enduro racing season draws to a close, the great results continue to roll in for BMW Motorrad. While Simo Kirssi was celebrating a comprehensive victory in last weekend’s European Cross Country series final, BMW Motorrad’s G 450 X chassis designer Stefan Krause also tasted the champagne on the podium – this time at Reutlingen in southern Germany, having secured the 2008 ADAC Pirelli Enduro Cup.

Nate down, but certainly not out
When it comes to bravery, you have to hand it to Nate Kern. The BMW racer suffered a collapsed lung and six fractured ribs while competing in South Africa earlier this month, but just 14 days later found himself in Florida, and qualifying on pole position for the 25th Annual ASRA Race of Champions at Daytona International Speedway.

Supermoto Smets
BMW Motorrad's Joel Smets has been in action on the G 450 X, as a privateer in the prestigious Proximus Superbiker supermoto race that recently took place at the Circuit Jules Tacheny in Mettet, in the Belgian province of Namur.

Lejeune and HP2 Sport enjoy success in International Rally Championship
After 10 days of intense competition on racetracks and roads all over France, HP2 Sport rider Fred Lejeune from Belgium has finished in second place at the French Dark Dog Moto Tour. This result also means that the 36-year-old BMW Motorrad dealer finishes in second place overall in the 2008 International Rally Championship.

GS Trophy days away!
After four months of build-up and many more months of organization and preparation, the inaugural GS Trophy is just days away. The trucks have been unloaded, the teams have unpacked their bags and the competitors are currently on location in Tunisia, ready for the action to get under way.

Pavey does the Dakar
Simon Pavey will be competing in the 2009 Dakar Rally on a G 650 Xchallenge. The 41-year-old Australian, who is the chief instructor at BMW Motorrad’s off-road school in the UK, will be joining this legendary rally event that is being held in South America for the first time.

Finnish BMW stunt team makes waves across Europe
It's not just Chris Pfeiffer who is flying the flag for BMW Motorrad in the world of stunt riding. Kern and BMW on top form at Virginia
